Booking an appointment is easy. You can use our online calendar scheduler to select a date and time that works best for you, or you can call our office to schedule your appointment over the phone.
We serve the entire North Texas area, including Dallas, Allen, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Melissa, and Anna. Locations within a 30-mile radius of our office are included in the base fee, while locations outside this area may require an additional travel fee.
Lab results are typically ready within 3-5 business days. Your doctor will usually reach out to you 2-3 days after the results are available to review them with you. You can also check your results through the laboratory's patient portal or via the Apple Health app.
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
BlueSky Mobile Labs charges an out-of-pocket convenience fee for our services. While the cost of the lab testing itself is usually covered by insurance, you can submit your receipt to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement of our service fee. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm coverage details.
